Refund & Cancellation Policy – TISQ Health

At TISQ Health, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health counselling services, including individual therapy, child counselling, and family counselling. We also understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring changes to appointments. This policy explains our rules on rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.


1. Rescheduling of Appointments

  • Clients may request to reschedule a counselling session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated without additional charges.

  • Multiple last-minute rescheduling requests may affect future booking approvals at the discretion of TISQ Health.


2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund or rescheduling option.

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the session or after the session has started, no refund will be issued.

  • In case of sudden emergencies, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting proof, and management may allow special consideration.


3. Refund Mode

  • All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only, regardless of the payment currency.

  • For international clients, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment gateway deductions will be borne by the client.

  • Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.


4. Processing Time

  • Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 7–14 working days.

  • The exact time for the refund to reflect in the client’s account depends on the respective bank or payment gateway.

  • TISQ Health is not liable for delays caused by external banking/payment systems.


5. Emergency Situations

  • We understand that medical or unavoidable emergencies can occur.

  • In such cases, clients must inform TISQ Health immediately with valid details or documents (if available).

  • Depending on the situation, management may approve full or partial refunds, session rescheduling, or credits for future use.

  • The final decision will rest with TISQ Health management.


6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed sessions are strictly non-refundable.

  • Discounted therapy packages, promotional offers, or trial sessions are also non-refundable unless specifically mentioned.
