Shipping & Service Delivery Policy – TISQ Health

At TISQ Health, we provide mental health counselling and child mental health services, which are delivered either online (virtual sessions) or in-person (at our clinic). As we do not sell or ship physical products, this Shipping Policy explains how our services are delivered.


1. Mode of Service Delivery

  • Online Counselling: Sessions are delivered through secure video platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved platforms.

  • In-Person Counselling: Sessions are conducted at the designated TISQ Health clinic/center as per the appointment booked.

  • Digital Resources (if provided): Any reports, worksheets, or therapy materials will be shared via email or secure platforms.


2. Service Access

  • Clients will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS upon successful payment.

  • For online sessions, the meeting link and instructions will be shared at least 12–24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For in-clinic sessions, clients are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.


3. Non-Delivery of Service

  • If a session cannot be delivered due to technical issues, therapist unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, TISQ Health will provide an option to reschedule the session at no extra cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, clients may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


4. International Clients

  • Online counselling sessions are available to international clients.

  • All service timings are confirmed in Indian Standard Time (IST), and clients are responsible for adjusting as per their local timezone.
