Dr. Kinjal Chauhan

Dr. Kinjal Chauhan is a renowned psychiatrist. She holds an M.D. in Psychiatry, where she secured the university’s first position. She completed her undergraduate studies at AMC MET Medical College (LG Hospital) and her postgraduate training at Government Medical College, Bhavnagar (Sir T. Hospital). She has also worked with GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar (Civil Hospital, Gandhinagar) and Anjali Hospital for Rural Development.

Dr. Kinjal’s reasons for becoming a psychiatrist are twofold: first, her lifelong fascination with the human brain, and second, her deep appreciation for the meaningful connections that psychiatry allows her to foster with people.
