Return & Service Adjustment Policy – TISQ Health
At TISQ Health, we are committed to providing high-quality counselling and mental health services. Since our offerings are professional services and not physical products, “returns” are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we value client satisfaction and have outlined the following policy for fairness and transparency:
1. No Physical Returns
As counselling sessions and therapy consultations are intangible services, they cannot be returned once delivered.
2. Session Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Service Replacement

If a session cannot be conducted due to a therapist’s unavailability or technical failure, the client will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

In exceptional cases, management may provide a credit session for future use.
4. Refund & Cancellation

If a session has already started or has been fully delivered, no refund will be applicable.

For cancellations made well in advance (as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy), clients may be eligible for a refund.
5. Emergency Situations
In case of unavoidable medical or personal emergencies, TISQ Health may consider special refund or session replacement requests at its discretion.
6. International Clients

For clients outside India, refunds (if approved) will be processed in INR only.

Any currency conversion charges, transaction fees, or deductions will be borne by the client.
